Who needs an Evaluation Test, and why?
A lot of parents are n’t suitable to give formal academic documents of their child’s former education. A many of them are indeed looking for admission during the middle of the academic time. These are a couple of the colorful scripts in which Govt Girls School’s Admission Committee recommends that the child take an Evaluation Test. We need it because we want to be 100 sure that if a child is being admitted to a particular grade, he she will be suitable to meet the academic prospects of that particular grade. It's the least that we can do to cover the interests of the child.
Procedure of the test
In cases similar to those mentioned over or in other cases where an Evaluation Test is recommended, the ensuing process is followed
- A member of the Admission Committee of Govt Girls School recommends to the parent/ guardian that the child must take the Evaluation Test.
- The parent/ guardian submits a formal request to the Govt Girls School Admission Committee to administer the test by filling the Evaluation Test Request Form.
- The acceptance of the request is conveyed to the parent/ guardian.
- A suitable and accessible date and time are distributed for the test, and the test is administered within 3 working days of submission of the request form.
- The results of the test are conveyed to the parent/ guardian within 24 working hours from the time test is administered.
- The test results also easily indicate the grade that the child is academically fit for. The result handed will be final and no communication or request for revision in this regard will be entertained.
- The parent/ guardian proceeds with the admission and the child can start academy.
