What is FTF

 The Farogh-e-Taleem Fund is a government-funded initiative in Pakistan aimed at promoting education, particularly in the areas of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).

The fund was established to support the development of education in Pakistan, with a focus on:

  1. Improving educational infrastructure: Upgrading schools, colleges, and universities to provide better learning environments.
  2. Promoting STEM education: Encouraging students to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
  3. Supporting teacher training: Providing training and professional development opportunities for teachers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  4. Scholarships and financial assistance: Offering scholarships and financial assistance to deserving students to pursue higher education.

The Farogh-e-Taleem Fund is managed by the Government of Pakistan, and its activities are overseen by a board of directors comprising representatives from the government, education sector, and industry.

The fund's initiatives have contributed significantly to the development of education in Pakistan, and its impact is evident in the improved quality of education, increased enrollment rates, and enhanced employ-ability of graduates.

This fund is collected from the students now 20 rupees per month from each student. It is utilized by Head Teacher of school along with the coordination of school council members.
