Columns

  1. At the top write school name then class for which result be written examination type or term name, at the end year.
  2. Admn No.: Admission number of student from admission register
  3. Roll No.: Roll number of student from student attendance register
  4. Student Name: Name of the student
  5. Student ID: Unique ID assigned to the student
  6. Subject: All the subjects for which the result is being recorded
  7. Total Marks: Total obtained marks.
  8. %age: Percentage obtained by the student calculated from obtained marks.
  9. Grade: Grade of the student calculated from obtained marks.

Maintaining the Register

  1. Record all results: Ensure that all student results are recorded in the register.
  2. Use a standardized system: Use a standardized system for recording results to ensure consistency.
  3. Keep it up-to-date: Regularly update the register to reflect new results.
