Admission / Withdrawal Register

 An Admission Withdrawal Register is a document used to record student admissions and withdrawals in a school. Here's a suggested format:

Columns

  1. Date of Admn: Date on which a student admitted to school.
  2. Sr.#: This is the admission number that continues previously.
  3. Student Name: Name of the student as per B-Form or Birth Certificate and B-Form number
  4. Date of Birth: Date of birth according to the B-Form or Birth Certificate.
  5. Father's Name: Father name is written as per B-Form or Birth Certificate. and CNIC number.
  6. Caste: Caste of the student e.g. Rajpoot- Jutt etc.
  7. Nationality: Nationality of student.
  8. Occupation: Occupation of father.
  9. Home address: Home Address of the student.
  10. Class/Grade: Class or grade in which the student was admitted
  11. Class of Withdrawal: Class from which the student withdrew from the school
  12. Date of Withdrawal: Date on which the student withdrew from the school
  13. Reason for Withdrawal: Reason for the student's withdrawal

Maintaining the Register

  1. Record all admissions and withdrawals: Ensure that all student admissions and withdrawals are recorded in the register.
  2. Use a standardized system: Use a standardized system for recording admissions and withdrawals to ensure consistency.
  3. Keep it up-to-date: Regularly update the register to reflect new admissions and withdrawals.
