An Order Book is a document used to record and track any orders by authority and from head teacher to staff members of the school. Head teacher may issue any orders to staff by writing here or head teacher may assign any duties to the staff using this register. Head teacher may also add minutes of the meeting. Here's a suggested format:

- Order Number: Unique number assigned to each order
- Date: Date on which the order was received
- Details: Description of the meeting
- Signature of teachers: Signatures of teachers receiving orders and stamp and signatures of head teacher.
Maintaining the Order Book
- Record all orders: Ensure that all orders are recorded in the order book.
- Use a standardized system: Use a standardized system for recording orders to ensure consistency.
- Keep it up-to-date: Regularly update the order book to reflect new orders and changes to existing orders.
- Store it securely: Keep the order book in a secure location, such as a locked cabinet or a password-protected digital file.
- Make it accessible: Ensure that authorized personnel have access to the order book when needed.
