FTF Acquittance Roll Register
An Acquittance Roll Register is a crucial document in FTF (Farogh e Taleem Fund) record-keeping, used to record payments handed over related to various transactions. This register is used to keep record for salaries paid to employees. In schools Part Time Coach, Part Time Sweeper and Part time Caregiver is hired through FTF. The payment is defined against these posts and paid monthly. More than this any labour paid is written in this register. Here's a suggested format for an Aquittance Register:
Name of Official: In the left side first column is filled by adding Name of the employee with father name or husband name as per CNIC.
Name of Post: Next name of the post like "Part Time School Coach" or "Part Time School Sweeper" etc. is written.
Amount of Pay: The amount declared for the post in the contract is written here.
Amount of Deduction: If any deduction regarding payment is made then write in this column. Usually deductions are not made but in case of vacations or punishment that is not usually practiced.
Amount Payable: The amount to be paid. Means monthly salary or sometimes it happens that head was unable to pay salary due to any reason, for a few months. Then total amount to be paid is written here.
Amount Paid: Here the total amount paid is written. The amount after deduction or whole or any payable.
Signature: In this column a ticket of any minimum amount, purchased from post office of the city, is pasted. Then over the ticket signatures or thumb impression of the employee is done. Date may also be written.
Remarks: In the remarks column any remarks of the head teacher may be written. Usually payment month is written.
